Timber Trails Properties owns a few thousand acres (in several parcels), all of which lie between the beautiful Adirondack and Catskill Mountains of eastern New York State. Our primary focus is on the long-term management of natural resources, including timber, water and wildlife. In order to alleviate the burden of property taxes, we offer most of our holdings for lease-hunting and launched our first lodge rental season in May of 2003.
